There is a deal for the Samsung Galaxy S4 which may just have you chomping at the bit if you’re looking for a bargain on a new phone. AT&T is now offering the Samsung Galaxy S4 for only $179 and you don’t even have to sign any contract with the company whatsoever. Compared to the usual amount you would have to pay for a device like that the savings are insane. Don’t forget that last year when the phone came out you would have to pay $20 more for the phone on a two year deal.

The device is still top notch even if it is no longer the flagship device from Samsung. It comes with a 5 inch screen, a 1080p display, a quad-core Snapdragon 600, 2GB of RAM and a 13MP camera. You can get the device in black, white or red which is an AT&T exclusive color. There are some caveats to this deal if you’re considering it though.

Caveats

The first thing you have to know is that the device is not brand new but “certified like new”. This would seem to suggest that it isn’t in the absolute best condition but it should be good enough. As for the second caveat, users will need to add an AT&T line in order to get the discount which means you would have to be on a pay as you go plan which can probably be cancelled after some time.
